WI-RELAX - A mini-vacation at home...

Everyone knows the feeling of deep relaxation, perhaps after a day at the beach, a sauna session, or time spent in nature. But what is it that allows us to truly relax in those moments?

There are THREE essential factors:
1. A state of physical rest, accompanied by a steady, calm breath
2. A relative quieting of the mind
3. Movement and/or connection with nature

The real challenge is learning how to integrate these moments of relaxation into everyday life, with all the tasks and responsibilities we have to manage, while requiring as little time as possible.

WI-RELAX was developed and designed specifically for women.

It consists of three elements:

1

WI–Slow Move

3

To truly enter a state of relaxation, it can be helpful to draw on ancient Taoist wisdom. Spending 10–15 minutes in the forest, combined with mindful movement and gentle exercises, prepares your body for relaxation while the natural environment helps quiet the mind and settle the emotions.

2

WI–Deep Breath

3

Breathing is the most natural way to shift the body toward a more alkaline state. The right breathing technique also helps redirect your attention from the outside world to your inner world, preparing you to fully enter the practice of Yin Yoga.

3

WI–Yin Yoga

3

While Yang Yoga emphasizes movement and strength, Yin Yoga offers the opposite quality: stillness, slowness, and letting go. In a Yin Yoga practice, you remain in a position without engaging muscular force. This allows you to access deeper layers of connective tissue and fascia on a physical level, while simultaneously calming the nervous system. Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to an active lifestyle and an ideal way to recover after an intense day. Its benefits extend beyond the physical, supporting mental relaxation, mindfulness, and a deeper sense of inner calm. A true gift to your body, mind, and soul.

This combination is equally suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners, because the focus is not on performance or achievement, but on achieving a state of deep, restorative relaxation.
