Ralf is the father of a lovely daughter, a serial entrepreneur, innovator, and passionate project developer whose boundless curiosity makes the question “Feasible or not” seem almost endless—just like his wealth of ideas. Driven by his personal life story, he began taking independent responsibility for his own path in life as early as age 14, so that today he is highly educated in a wide range of fields, possesses an extraordinary wealth of experience, and maintains a profound understanding of the interconnections within WIMAYCA’s content.
Among close friends, he is described as a bridge-builder, as he thoroughly understands the old world in detail through his knowledge and experience, yet in his actions and in his heart, he is fully forward-looking and aligned with WIMAYCA. Ralf has long recognized that a new way of thinking, acting, and positive cooperation is needed, along with a decisive focus on the primal feminine force, in order to bring about a fundamental, sustainable change in this world. He is prepared to put his full potential to work toward this goal!

Gelena is a psychologist and coach with over 15 years of experience, and a mother to a daughter with Down syndrome — a journey that has profoundly shaped her understanding of love, acceptance and what truly matters in life.
Her work is about helping women return to themselves — to their inner light, depth, femininity and truth. Not to become someone new, but to rediscover who they already are beneath expectations, roles and limitations.
She believes that true strength does not require hardness, and vulnerability is not weakness.
Her gift is helping women see their own light again — and giving them the courage to live from it.

Viktoria is the origin, founder, and heart of the WIMAYCA CONCEPT. Her driving force—and her passion—is to equip women with practical tools that support their transformation and help them reconnect with their own FEMININE INNER POWER.
Gelena, a certified mental coaching trainer, is a strong partner for the Cyprus location at Aphrodite Hills. Through her international network, she brings extensive experience and a high level of expertise.
Ralf represents the masculine dimension within WIMAYCA as a co-founder. He believes that reconnecting with FEMININE INNER POWER is essential to bringing authentic values such as love, joy, and family back into a world that often feels increasingly disconnected from its center.
The WIMAYCA team brings together internal expertise across a broad range of professional disciplines. This diversity is an important foundation for the continued development of the WIMAYCA CONCEPT.
In addition, the founders of WIMAYCA have established an extensive network of specialists across the professional fields relevant to the WIMAYCA CONCEPT, making their expertise available to participating women as needed.
To make WIMAYCA accessible to as many women as possible, the WIMAYCA CONCEPT will progressively be transferred by Viktoria to additional, already-trained female coaches. This scalable approach allows WIMAYCA to expand both geographically and through its coaching network—without creating artificial limitations on reach.
